Process and Required Documents For Filipinos to Get Married In Dubai

Necessary Requirements For Filipinos To Ger Married at Philippine Embassy In Dubai:

(1). Applicant must fill out Marriage Form, Marriage Announcement Form, and Joint Affidavit of Witnesses Form.

(2). Applicant must filled duly forms and necessary requirements that mentioned in Case A to Marriage Section.

(3). Applicant must pay amount on Cashier Counter.

(4). Marriage date will be fixed by Embassy, and date will be give to Filipino Couple.

(5). Applicant must visit again on given date with two Marriage witnesses and Original receipt.

(6). Applicant must pay report for marriage fee AED 340.

Mandatory Note:

(1). Applicant must submit original duly , Finality of Dissolution of Marriage and amended Passport, if any one is already married.

(2). Keep in mind marriage section will be open from Sunday to Thursday except holidays.

(3). Applicant have to type all forms in Computer with Block letters.

Required Documents If Couple is Filipino Citizen:

(1). Couple must signed Marriage Contract.

(2). Required Marriage Report of Couple.

(3). Required Marriage License.

(4). Required Passport of both contracting Parties.

Required Documents If One Party is Not Filipino Citizen:

(1). Applicant must filled the report of Marriage form.

(2). Applicant must Submit one Original formate, and five copies of English translated Marriage Contract, and duly must be signed Ministry of Justice and Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, Dubai at Marriage Section.

(3). Applicant must submit five color picture, five color copies of applicant’s Passport.

(4). Applicant must pay Courier fee.

(5). Pay your fee at Cashier Counter.

(6). Process is complete and wait documents delivery through Courier.

Mandatory Note:

If you did not report of your marriage within six months of date of marriage, then you must submit Affidavit of Delayed Registration five copies and AED 100 extra.
